Jungkunst is an annual art event with over 10’000 visitors, held at the former industrial halls of Sulzer in Winterthur, Switzerland. The exhibition is organised by a non-profit association to support young Swiss artists. All volunteers aiming to promote culture, work for free. The art exhibit is a platform for young artists waiting to be discovered. Every year 25 to 30 of the most promising artists of the contemporary Swiss art scene show their work. From sculptors to street art, this four-day event covers a wide range of artistic expression. Jungkunst offers a relaxed atmosphere, with a shop, bar, lounge, poetry slam and live concerts.

I’ve started helping out at the Jungkunst exhibit in 2013 as a regular volunteer. Over the years, I’ve worked myself up and have become a member of the board. I took over the position of the creative lead and art direction of the association. I was in charge of all visual, corporate and marketing materials related to the art exhibition.

After 5 years of being part of this amazing team, it was time for me to move on. At the beginning of 2019 I took over the position as a media officer in a Philippines-based NGO. Creating this years Visual and advertising campaign was my last task and personal good bye present to this outstanding association. Thank you for everything!
