Traditionally Winterthur was an industrial hub, today Switzerland’s sixth largest city is more a treasure trove of culture, art, history and nature. The medieval heart of the city offers 17 outstanding museums, such as the Oskar Reinhart collection, the Fotomuseum and the Swiss Science Center Technorama. During summer time Winterthur hosts various music and art festivals.
In cooperation with Winterthur Tourismus, I had the honour to create and design an “Art Pass” to promote and support local art and culture. Art Pass Members gained a year of cheaper access to art and culture. A free or reduced-price entry to all of Winterthurs museum and galleries plus discount on many major exhibitions or festivals.
